The surrounding neighborhood is old but renovation is happening and everyone we met was super nice and helpful including residents of other units at the property. "No instructions sent or wifi information provided until I asked. I had it initiate the conversation of how to enter. I arrived at night, it was hard to see the marking on the door. She indicated there was a sign, but the name on the sign didn’t match the VRBO listing. Cleaners could have done better, hair in the shower and syrup on the counter. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The location was good and we were not far from all that Atlanta has to offer. While the parking garage is small (best suited for sedans/small SUVs), it was nice to know our vehicle was in a secure garage versus on the street or in a public lot. Ryan was a great host and was responsive. This property is wheelchair accessible and worked perfect for us during our stay! "

"Checking in we hit some snags (elevator issues & a lot of walking) but once we were in we had a great stay! Great location (coffee, food, bars walkable). Super cute apartment."
