"We had the best 2 week stay at the Green Sunset! Keshly and Juan were incredible hosts, their hospitality was top notch. The space was modern, clean, large and very quiet. It was perfect for a long stay. The WiFi was reliable and worked well for my husband and I who both work remotely. It is at the top of a hill with a little steep incline but it was great exercise and much needed after all the eating and drinking in the West End. We also really appreciate the water and the decor was so cute....

"Gorgeous hotel with relaxing vibes. Pool was a little cloudy but when you are on the best beach on the island, you don't want to leave the beach. I wish there was more entertainment for families and happy hours with DJs for those who want to party while on vacation. Overall an amazing experience! Will come back"

"It is a very cute property, well maintained. Staff mostly are friendly except for one front desk person, who had an attitude at times. The place is clean, and the beach front is so nice too. It is nothing fancy, but just perfect for what we needed. We took tours in the morning and enjoyed the beach in the afternoon. The restaurant’s food wasn’t great, but there are so many restaurants along the beach with more international menus, so that didn’t kill our vacation. The breakfast which is included was delicious and the staff very very friendly. Also another plus is the free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. The shuttle was punctual and we didn’t have to wait at all at the airport, a staff member was waiting for us. Another plus is the location, it is so close to La plazita, a shopping area that is very popular in that area of Roatan."

"Absolutely — this keeps the important specifics without feeling like a long complaint. We had a mixed but overall relaxing stay at Media Luna. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the pool area was well maintained. The beach is small, but the snorkeling right off the beach was surprisingly great and one of our favorite things about the resort. There was plenty of food, but we found it just okay and wished there were more authentic Honduran/Caribbean options. Drinks were basic and served in paper cups that quickly became soggy from condensation. The rooms could also use some simple improvements like hooks in the bathroom and better shower heads. A tree hitting our roof during windy nights was also pretty noisy. The staff was generally nice, although some seemed a little disengaged, probably because there were hardly any guests during our stay. There isn’t much to do at the resort, and the excursions offered didn’t really interest us. We left the resort three of our six days to explore other parts of Roatán and definitely recommend finding a reliable taxi driver, since the resort only provides transportation to and from the airport. There were also too many free-roaming cats begging around the dining area. Overall, it’s a clean, peaceful place with good snorkeling and a nice pool if you’re looking to relax, but don’t expect a lively all-inclusive experience, lots of amenities, or exceptional food and drinks."

"AC was fine , staff was very friendly and I liked the place we're we stayed , Staff helped me with check in as they are in two different locals, that was a little bit unconventional and a quick fix could be made to accommodate customers easily , a snack and refreshment machine could be added for the time being untill a restaurant and bar can be added.Other than that every thing is with in a 10 minute walk.Main pool is excellent with plenty of room for swimming water was like bath water. "
