"We enjoyed our stay at the guest house. The location is lovely on a quiet horse farm with easy access to the nearby bike path and road into town. The guest house is attached to the main house but with a private and respectful feel. The house is well stocked and the kitchen is top grade. The bedrooms upstairs are small but comfortable. "This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. "The property was nice! Super location as it’s just steps away from the beach. Get to beach early or there’s no umbrellas available. They do a great job with setting up chairs on the beach. Hard workers! Beach bars are super convenient and bathrooms were clean. Tons to do all around. Nice restaurants, lots of shopping. Bummed to see some of the cute shops at marketplace aren’t there anymore. Still cute though. "
