"Our stay was great and it was perfect for my wife and I! It had many amenities, and it was a great value. We were thankful for the A/C unit, ceiling fan, comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave, and shower! The host was very considerate and accommodating! "My friend who also has a Sigma Chi at U of A joined me to stay at this fantastic condo for a weekend celebrating time with our boys. We loved the location as we were able to walk to most of our events, and we loved how nice our accommodations were as well! It was a perfect place for us also because we each had our own room and bathroom. It would be nice if each unit had at least 2 parking spaces, but we figured that out by carpooling and parking one car off site. I would definitely recommend...

"Loved the studio apartment vibe above the cafe. Had a great conversation with the chef who was smoking several varieties of meats in his gigantic kettle drum smoker (it filled a one car garage and the aroma was fantastic! Sampled a slice of butterscotch pie from the cafe (my favorite). It was spot on. Hard to choose from the 9 other choices that were available. One tip, please mention that we need to bring body wash for the shower. I'm bald and not a fan of using shampoo or hand soap....

"Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night!"
