"Lois greeted me and was very welcoming, showed me some of Paul’s woodwork and showed me around the cabin and grounds. It was extremely peaceful and cozy, very close to bigelow and flagstaff, and a nice fire pit out back, cool outdoor kitchen and comfy bed. I was happy and grateful. "

"Great stay for a couple of nights in this comfy cabin. Short, easy walk to nice swimming area. Convenient ( 10 minutes) to Greenville and good hiking trails (Big and Little Moosehead Mountains)."
"Don was a kind and very good host who enjoys meeting people and giving them the best experience in a beautiful place. The Bears Den is comfortable, clean and in a perfect location for anyone visiting Moosehead Lake for any activities in summer or winter. We can’t recommend the Bears Den more highly. "
