The staff is welcoming, the hotel is tastefully designed, the beds comfortable, and the location is ideal. I love eating at Artisan at least once during my stay. You can easily walk to an incredible number of restaurants, shops, and salons, and the Christmas decorations in Blue Back Square are beautiful!

Our stay at the Delamar West Hartford was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully designed—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, from the complimentary breakfast to the cozy outdoor spaces.
