"The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball."

"Close to beaches, clean but dated room. Lighting in room is poor. I would suggest higher wattage lightbulbs. Shower had good pressure and enough hot water. It was a quiet place handy to beaches and restaurants."

Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!"

"This was a lovely rental. The space was very sophiscated with antique furnishings and beautifully painted walls. It was super clean. The space is a lot bigger then you’ll see in the listing. It sits on an estuary with lovely birds, bunnies, chipmunks, and the occasional black kitty. Lloyd the owner lives above the unit and is so gracious, respectful, and sweet. "The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod."

"Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it."

"The studio was exactly as portrayed by the pics. It was clean and well appointed (but you have to bring your own towels and sheets). Two beach chairs are provided. Parking is not ideal as you have to walk on the street to get to your car (fairly short walk) but should be fine unless you have difficulty walking. "This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
