Television didn't work. Called front desk and was told I could move rooms. My husband was at meeting and I couldn't move by myself. Half roll of bathroom paper in bathroom. Ran out and had to use kleenex. Room was dirty. Someone (not local) needs to do popups and check room. 6 hour drive and stay was unsatisfactory.

Hotel was ok for a last-minute stay, but plumbing was an issue. The toilet ran intermittently, there was no hot water in the sink or shower, and the bathtub had a very, very, very slow drain.

I have been coming to the quality Inn in Helena, Arkansas for years. The property has went down the rooms need updating. The carpet is dirty. The toilets are old and the toilets are for children needs to be upgraded. I really would like to have a refund the staff did not knock on my door, put the key in and came in our room as we were laying on the bed. I want a refund.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were organized very well but the maintenance was not good at all. Entrance door to the room, the lock was loose and one of the sinks in the room was broken. It was supposed to be a handicapped room but no removal shower head or grab bars so it wasnt really a handicapped room. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The TV remote was missing and the clerk at the desk had problems finding one that worked with batteries. Did have a nice entry and breakfast area. Housekeeping was great. It was hotel management that was bad.

I chevjed into room 223 and the toilet was broken and roaches were everywhere. Talked to Anita at the front desk and she said she couldn't do anything about it and the manager waa on vacation until Monday. Talked to the maintenance guy the next day and he said our room shouldn't have been rented out due to it needing repairs and cause of the roacgrs. He did temporarily fix the toilet but we had to still hear the running warer thru the niggt. We traveled from Arizona and it hurt me to my soyl that I had to stay in a place like that for 2 days. I give this property a. 5 out of 5 rating

The room was clean and the renovation was nice, but we didn't have a remote for the tv and the phone didn't work. This was reported to the front desk after checking in, and again to housekeeping. Both said they'd get it taken care of,but nothingwas done. Luckily I didn't want to swim, because the pool still needs repairing. Not as advertised. Price wasn't bad for a weekend stay, but make sure everything works on a room (103), before handing the keys to someone.

Quality Inn Suites West Memphis AR) is lacking in multiple areas. The rating online for this hotel is obviously false when you check in. I picked this hotel based primarily on the location and the swimming pool. The pool hasnt been maintained in....a very long time. Our room had 2 beds- both had random pieces of dirt in the sheets. The plumbing definitely needs an upgrade. The sink had hair in it (not any of our party). But, the best part is when the front desk person gave someone?? a key card to our room in which they tried to enter at about 558 am- unsuccessfully.I grabbed the room phone to call the front desk and it was Dead. No Dial Tone. No Service. I had to call the hotels.com representative to get a direct line to the front desk. Front desk person answers- I explain what happened and I believe she was sincere when she said"Oh

When I checked in and went to room it had not been cleaned. BEd had been slept in, dirty towels in bathroom floor and counter. Water bottles around room. Smelled like cigarettes. I went back to desk and asked for another room and canceled my next nights stay
