"I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The ladies that helped me were OUTSTANDING! They made me feel at home and comfortable, I have never stayed at another hotel where I felt so welcomed! 1000 out of 1000 all the way around! I will definitely stay there again! "This hotel was fantastic. We feel like we got way more than we paid for here. Beautiful room and kids loved the fancy pool area. When I made the reservation, there was the option to buy 2 breakfasts for $14. I paid it and when we arrived we got 2 breakfast vouchers plus two more for free for the kids…. The food was great! We did not have dinner in the restaurant, but now wish we had. Hotel is right next to the walking bridge. The Magnolia marketplace seemed popular so we went there. Not our thing, but I know it is for many… if you are up for a decent walk, you could easily walk there from the hotel. "

"The front desk worker that checked us in was the most personable, efficient, and competent hotel worker I have ever dealt with. We had an issue with the AC not cooling down our room. We called down and explained the situation and she immediately changed us rooms. No fuss. She had the key to the new room ready when we stepped off the elevator. "
