"It is NOT a resort! Important to say to future guests. It is a nice hotel, the room is beautiful, the restaurants are good. But, definitely not a resort! The pool and kids facilities are only on July (peak of summer) . It is Not kids friendly! My children didn’t have anything to do all the 3 days here. There isn’t a spa, an indoor pool or sauna (we are in New England, the weather is something we know!). So for that couple of reasons I can tell you IT IS NOT A RESORT, just a nice hotel! "Location & room tastefully decorated. There was a stain down the side of the bed, indicating the mattress cover was not changed, and the skirt wasn’t changed, which should be checked before new guest checks in. I asked for it to be fixed. We came back later that day it was not fixed and the ceiling was leaking this morning before we checked out. The entire floor was wet, luckily we didn’t slip and fall. "

"The location of the resort was great. The receptionist greeted us with a nice smile.all the staff were very kind and very helpful the restaurant in the facilitate the food was delicious. we had a beautiful view of the ocean. our room was clean all around The facility was very clean and organized. The sunset was magical sitting out on the deck having the view of the ocean there was a lot of birds and bunnies very nice scenery calming the pool was clean. A Lot of things to do on the resort, but if you want to go out of the resort there are nearby restaurants, there’s a nearby movie theater, mini golf and lotta things to do on and off the resort overall, I recommend the Red Jacket Resort to anybody that would like to get away with a loved one or with your family."
