"Staff are great, took care of us. The experience was applied by the lobby restaurant and bar. Firstly, it's a bar, but doesn't serve alcohol??? Some food on menu was not available. The band in the bar was TERRIBLE. Very loud drumming, we got up and left, far better food options in the mall downstairs "

"The breakfast buffet is the best, it's worth staying here just for that. Rooms are ok, need renovating. Very noisy so bring ear plugs with you to sleep. Lovely staff and overall a great hotel will be back again."

"Incredible stay. Unforgettable. The staff truly goes above and beyond. View from the city view rooms (especially where i stayed at lvl 7. Was incredible. I cannot believe this room was cheaper than the “garden view” rooms which imo had less of a view."
