You will have complete access to the property during your stay, except for one small closet in the main level bedroom containing cleaning materials and house supplies. The cabin is equipped with high-speed internet and smart TVs so that you can stream your favorite services - just bring your login details. Cable TV is not provided.

To ensure a smooth experience, guests are required to review the following House Rules and sign a rental agreement.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
A Rental Agreement will be sent after booking. Signing confirms your acceptance of the House Rules.
A $500 Security Hold will be placed on a major credit card before arrival to cover potential damages and released shortly after checkout once we’ve had the opportunity to inspect the cabin and assuming no damages occurred.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Maximum occupancy is 7 guests (including visitors) unless pre-approved.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Large parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Small gatherings must comply with occupancy and noise rules.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property.
Illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.
PETS
All pets must be registered before arrival. Maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
Dogs must weigh under 50 lbs, be housebroken, crated when left alone, and leashed outdoors.
Unregistered pets, excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in eviction.
PARKING
Parking is limited to 3 standard-sized vehicles in designated spaces or street parking in front of the cabin. RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
AMENITIES USE
Charcoal grill: A charcoal grill is provided for your enjoyment. Guests provide their own charcoal. Use the grill only in open areas, not under the decking.
Towels and linens: Towels and linens are provided. Please do not use bathroom towels for spills or outdoors.
TRASH & CLEAN-UP
Place all trash in the provided indoor and outdoor bins. Trash pickup is on Tuesday mornings.
SUPER-SIMPLE CHECKOUT PROCESS
We only ask that you please wash and put away dishes or put them in the dishwasher and start the wash. That's it! We'll take care of the rest.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10:00 AM EST. Late departures without prior approval will result in escalating fines.
CHILDREN
The property does not have child safety features such as outlet covers, stair gates, or padded flooring. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of children on the premises.
COMPLIANCE
Violations of any House Rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charges for damages or rule violations.
