"The hotel is only 4 years old so was in great condition. Rooms were very clean, staff friendly, very good buffet breakfast that’s included.The hotel is very conveniently located to get around West Kelowna or over to be bother side. Would stay here again for sure. "

"The GM should be proud of their housekeeping staff and front office staff .. as a GM in accommodation myself. I tend to look at rooms a little different than guest I'm the check-in experience. Was great straightforward open and honest.. Communication. The was CLEAN . Thank you for a great stay ."

"Beautiful space, first stay and wanted to check it out to see if we would return for summer months which I guess would be a completely different experience with things all up and running. The Room ran a bit hot, tried turning down temperature-couldn’t open windows had to open door to patio, no propane to use Bbq on patio everything dusty and stored not to use, which we thought was available, I get it is not summer but warm enough out to use to sit out on patio for coffee just would’ve been good to know. Hot tub and gym tiny for spring break weekend. Didn’t get to use hot tub 6ppl in and full in evening to use. Left a message with the spa for 2 body massages didn’t receive a call back. Just had higher expectations I guess. Overall room clean and everything in excellent condition, out most of the day just hoped to return to use hot tub etc. "

"The difference between 6 months ago till now is incredible, it’s so run down and so many sketchy people around. Was arriving back from my friends birthday party and there was an unmarked car and a guy with a hood on driving and he wound up stopping and he claimed he was security. The bed was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were way over stuffed. There was only one lady at the desk when I checked in and a guy arrived after me and tried to budge in front. I made sure to say that I was next. She didn’t see me prior. Maybe two people for check ins? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be staying here next visit. Forgot to mention the noise alone from the surroundings is really loud. This place needs a major upgrade. "
