Cozy New Studio

Modern studio, with private entrance, fully functioning kitchen which includes new appliances: Keurig coffee machine, kettle, Belville (convection oven, air fryer, microwave), full fridge, single plug in burner, dished and utensils. Full bathroom with walk-in shower and closet area.

Spectacular lake and mountain views. Community beach access, dirt biking trails and local hiking. Only 10 min drive to downtown Kelowna where you will find: beaches, City Park, Downtown boardwalk along the water/marina, boat rentals, dinner cruises, parasailing, many restaurants, breweries, wineries, and more. Only a 1 hour drive to Big White Ski Resort.

The private entrance to the suite is in the back of the house. It is a key entrance which will be in a lock box (code to be provided). All bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, coffee, tea and a few snacks will be provided. One queen bed and a sofa that turns into a double XL (54" x 80") bed.
