Enjoy your day wine touring/at beach then relax in the large private yard with bbq. Kids will enjoy the large playset in the fully fenced yard.
The space
This family friendly home has a large fully fenced backyard with a large kids play structure with is a stylish patio set and BBQ. There is a fire pit but depending on restrictions may not be available. Lawn games also provided.

Inside you find farmhouse style throughout the living space. There is 3 bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs with the main majority of the living space on the main floor. We have a pool table that doubles as a ping pong for some epic battles.

There is a large driveway suitable for 4 vehicles. If more is needed street parking is available. Enough room to accommodate a truck and boat without having to unhitch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and gas stove. Everything is provided to make whatever meal you desire.

There is a front loading washer and dryer for those staying longer periods of time.

The living room has a beautiful rock fireplace with a gas insert. There is a fold out TV with Netflix, Disney plus, and Prime.

The house is forced air with air conditioning. The house temperature is pre set electronically between 21-23 degrees Celsius.

Our home has met all safety regulations and has had a full inspection by the City of West Kelowna to insure that you are safe during your stay.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the yard and home. Garden shed and garage will not be available.
