This waterfront includes a private dock for boating, swimming, fishing, and other waterfront activities, and a private beach with easy access to the lake. There is a horseshoe pitch, approximately 7,500sq feet of level, night-lit, lakeside lawn, and access to a private tennis court and to 200 acres of private forest trails. A 27-hole golf course is within 20 minutes of the home. So there's something for everyone!
Downtown Kelowna and Vernon are only 30 to 40 minutes away.
When you're on holiday it's great to have all your needs taken care of -- and more! Our holiday home has a fully-equipped kitchen including a new electric stove, microwave and dishwasher, cable TV, a VCR, CD, DVD stereo, three telephones, a washer/ dryer, a 12-foot cubic freezer, and a gas barbecue. Just bring your personal items, beach towels, and groceries for those beachside barbecues by the lake!
The master bedroom offers a magnificent view of Okanagan Lake, and has a king-size bedroom suite and a three-piece en suite. The second bedroom also has spectacular lake views, as well as a double bed and a bunk bed with double and single mattresses. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed; this room opens onto the large lawn area and also has a good view of the water.
The 400 square-foot, fully-enclosed, double garage is unheated and is currently being used as a bunk house. It has a 12-foot x 12-foot area carpet (great for sleeping bags) two clothes dressers, two sets of single bunk beds, and a double bed. There is a large covered deck off the kitchen, which provides shade in the heat of an Okanagan summer. From the deck it's possible to keep an eye on what's happening on the lawn area or down on the dock. The other deck -- off the living room, is very close to the water, and has an extensive view of Lake Okanagan.

There is a $200 cancellation fee applicable to all bookings.
For cancellations within 90 days, there is no deposit refund or rental credit unless we rent your time slot for full value.
