"Nice roomy condo. The TV is not Xfinity, using apps on the Roku TV is needed. The Roku interface is dreadful to try to find something to watch and to see if it is available. The TV would not pair with iPad for streaming, so we had to watch the sports on the small screen. A long HDMI cable would have helped. Kitchen is well-equipped, and we took good advantage of the slow cooker to make meals easier. Plenty of hot water for the showers. Spa is a very close walk. First floor is very convenient for baggage. When it snowed, the grounds crew did a good job of cleaning the sidewalk to the parking lot. The bus stop is convenient - early season requires calling for courtesy shuttle. The walk across the parking lot to the bus stop can be icy. Temperatures in the condo were comfortable."

"We loved this property from allowing us to check in a little earlier since we arrived sooner. Super easy check in and any issues we had the team was right away a text away and made the stay amazing!! Our kids LOVED the indoor pool so it was hard to try and leave but where else can you swim inside in your own private pool while 6 inches plus of snow is falling! We are definitely going to be staying there for our yearly trip!! "

"The photos of our rental made it seem like there was a large living room included in the rental. What we got was essentially 1/3 of an entire apartment with a terrible kitchen built into a hallway and bunk beds in a closet with no real place to eat for my family over Thanksgiving. I was so disappointed in this place due to the small size, the cleanliness, it having multiple issues including a floor heater that made terrible noises on average every two seconds all night while we tried to sleep and general distress of the property. When the I let them know about these issues, they offered a small refund, but this did not overcome the terrible sleeping conditions and outright attempts to deceive on the website that they said they fixed after my complaints. Would never recommend. "

The cabin is the perfect blend of rustic mountain charm and modern comfort—cozy enough to feel like a true alpine retreat, yet beautifully updated with all the amenities you could want.The moment we walked in, we were greeted with huge windows showcasing the most breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The cabin was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plush beds that made it very hard to get up in the morning. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for the recommended chef to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for evenings of board games, wine, and fireside lounging.Our favorite part? The outdoor space. The private deck and hot tub were absolutely unbeatable-soaking under the stars after a day of skiing felt magical. The location was also ideal, peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short drive to Keystone Resort, dining, and trails.The hosts were wonderful as well—friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure my guests have a five-star experience.If you’re looking for a luxurious yet authentic mountain escape, Star Mountain Lodge is truly a dream. My guests and I stayed for 3 nights and I wish we booked for a week instead. We can’t wait to come back!"
