"Everything was perfect, the location, the flat, the beds. Great communication with the owner. Finding the parking space could be a bit tricky but in the end there is no issue to find a free space. If there is something which need to be check: the window of the 1st bedroom which doesn't close properly and can be an issue with children Anyway, in conclusion... Will we come back? For sure!"

"Fiona's place is clean, cute, comfy and well located for a visit to Ayr. It is more spacious than I imaged and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy and it is so close to great restaurants and cafe's. Highly recommend her place. "

"Previous reviews of this property are very accurate. The lack of a working shower is a setback for this rental. Other properties have the same shower mechanism, but this one does not work to combine cold and hot water properly and should be replaced. The kitchen also did not have any decent pans to make breakfast. They are all scratched. No one will pack a cast iron pan. So, a small investment in the place will go a long way here. Cleanliness was good but could be improved overall. Not bad, just...

"Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."

"The flat is perfect for a quiet get-away with water views. We enjoyed exploring Benmore Botanic Gardens and Puck's Glen. Communication with the host could have been better and there are some items that the host needs to attend to in the flat. We left a list."

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Bihar! The house is wonderful (so many high quality amenities) and the view even better. The weather was quite bad, so the house was a bit cold, but fine with a bit of heating turned on. Nevertheless, we took a couple of dips in the water. We saw seals and submarines, unfortunately no dolphins or porpoises."
