"There was no air-conditioning on the main level. This made it difficult to use the common spaces for eating breakfasts or lounging in the lobby area. Felt very badly for the staff that was trying to work. The portable air-conditioning units that were brought in did not work at all."

"Room was great. It was getting late at night when I arrived and I asked about a laundromat and they offered to do my laundry for a small fee. It was great and saved me a ton of time. "

"They're were a few ants in my room, which doesn't bother me that much. But then the bathroom sink did not drain well, the shower floor looked gross, caulk coming up, chunks missing, discoloration. The toilet did not flush all the way. My friend was in another room and had to get someone to service their toilet. Their response was "we've been having problems with the toilets." The stay wasnt "terrible" but for 200 per night, I'd like the toilet to flush, less bugs, the sink to drain, and...
