"The staff was very helpful and informative considering it was our first visit to Honolulu. The bartenders made excellent drinks and were very personable. Anytime we needed something at the hotel, they were quick to bring it to us. The rooms were clean and very spacious which we loved considering we were visiting for 10 days. They also had food trucks every night for different choices of food. Breakfast was great every morning and was different each day. It definitely was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki which was extremely busy when we visited. It was nice to get away and come back to a more relaxed and quiet hotel. We highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"I liked that the property was close to the airport. We did not have a lot of airport or road noise that was a bonus. The pillows were like squares of cardboard so not very comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant waitress was rude and literally rolled her eyes and huffed at you if you asked for anything. It would have also been nice to have a coffee carafe or something in the lobby for guests when we arrive or before and after the restaurant was opened. Like if we needed to go down into the lobby. The experience with the restaurant was not welcoming ,so you did not want to go in there and ask for just a coffee, the waitress demeanor was that you were an inconvenience. This stay was at the end of a 3 week vacation, we were tired and had, had excellent experiences up until the restaurant. No photo op with that staff person. 🤣🌴✈️"

"If you are looking for peace and quiet, away from Waikiki, this is a perfect location. The Ko Olina area is beautiful and perfect for morning/evening walks. Unfortunately, the townhouse is over a mile from the beach and not walkable if you are carrying beach gear. There is a pool close by and a good option if you don't feel like hoofing it to the beach. There are only a couple of restaurants (that aren't in the Disney resort) and they are nearly two miles away. There is a little market where you can purchase food items but beware! A loaf of bread is over 10 (Yes, you read that right). I don't recommend staying in this area unless you have a car to get around. I was there for 30 days and the biggest expense was food. It is ridiculous how expensive it is to eat there. Two big breakfasts and two bottles of water at McDonalds was over 37 and that was not in a touristy area. The people who live in the townhouses are not friendly towards the people who are renting short-term. We said hello and tried to be cordial but were snubbed on more than one occasion, so we just stopped speaking to them. There was only one person that was friendly. Clearly they don't want renters there. I love Hawaii but I wouldn't rent/stay in this area again due to the distance from everything. I would stay in the Waikiki area where there is an abundance of restaurants, stores, entertainment, and you can walk everywhere."

Oceanfront unit few feet from the sandy beach, very clean, comfortable and with all amenities free high speed Internet which was just awesome as I worked remotely. Breathtaking views of Waikiki and Diamond head, can enjoy sunrise and sunset and warm relaxing environment."
