"The property it self is nice cute little apartment, the flat was not clean found spiders in the cuboard and sofa being dirty seam like it didn’t had a good clean in a while. Over all it’s a good place to stay "

"A lovely hotel. Stayed in many rooms and this room was a little small but comfortable. Would recommend to anyone that this is the place to stay in polperro. The breakfasts are delicious and fresh."

"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "

"Had two nights here, staff really friendly and helpful, room was good and beds were comfy, had a nice meal there. Only downside was the room was above the bar area so a little noisy and room 1 bathroom adjoined ours no 2, it was like they were in the room with us , singing in the bath and some poor person being sick "

"What a lovely place and very wonderful view. Breakfast was amazing and the hospitality is overwhelming. We were a family of four from London and the room was spacious and comfortable. We are really happy with the service. We do recommend this place for anyone who would like a quiet and peaceful getaway from city life."
