"Stayed as 5 ladies in a family room 1 double & 3 singles. Good size rooms, bathroom was quite small & very dated but we didn’t have issues with the shower or hot water. We managed. The reception staff were very friendly & professional, answered all our questions & helped us with both buses & taxis to our destinations. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, hot & tasty. We had a great time & would definitely return for future O2 visits. "

"For the price this place is amazing. We went to a concert at the 02 and it was about a 18 min walk, about the same to the nearest tube station. Lovely staff and v attentive. Decent beds, clean rooms and breakfast included. It's so worth it! "

"It was a lovely hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The down side it was a bit tired, I was in room 226 and the plug was rusted, bath stained but clean if that makes sense. The tables at dinner time were still full of glasses and plates from previous diners but that’s it, not a massive massive deal but more of a get that right and 5 star all the way. Would definitely stay again though. I didn’t use any of the facilities "
