"I went out and came back and the bathroom was drenched with water. The air-conditioner had leaked water all over bathroom floor and it flowed into part of the bedroom. I called the service desk and told they said, "Ok, someone would be up". NO ONE EVER CAME. SO I went to the service desk and asked for another room, and the attendant gave me another room, she told me to call and the bell hop would come and assist with moving my belongings. I did as the attendant said, however, no one ever came. So my husband and I manually moved our belongings ourselves. After several trips to and fro the new room we finally were moved. I called the service desk and told that we we're moved and the bell hopper never came to assist us. I FELT THAT IF I WOULDN'T HAVE WENT TO THE FRONT DESK THEY WOULD HAVE JUST LEFT US IN THE ROOM. I have stayed at many Hilton's and the service was never this poor."

"Everything was expensive. Had to pay for umbrella/chairs for the beach, only 2 towel. Seating around the pool got full fast."

"We loved staying at this condo! Very clean, great location, lots of turtles, very quiet, beautiful views, everything you can ask for a vacation rental. Condo is well equipped with everything you need. Food trucks, Dukes, grocery store are all within walking distance. We enjoyed being close to Kapalua and the shopping/dining options. Would highly recommend this condo!"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The overall ambience was lovely, and it created a relaxing and comfortable experience throughout our visit. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options available. However, if you’re vegan or vegetarian, the choices are very limited, which is something to keep in mind. The pool was a highlight—it was well-maintained and a great place to unwind. We also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking. If you have resort credit, it’s definitely worth using, as it adds extra value to your stay. Housekeeping and overall service were both very good, and the staff helped make our experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again. "

"I honestly didn’t expect such a great experience for the price. The place was clean, simple, and very comfortable from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location is amazing, right on the beach, quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was always available, and the pool and grill area were well maintained and enjoyable. Having a kitchen in the room was a huge plus… fully equipped with dishes, pots, and even a rice cooker, which made staying there very convenient. Overall, it was an effortless and relaxing stay, and we would definitely love to come back again."

"We stayed at Mahina Surf for our 30th Anniversary, for a week. We had a very smooth check in process, with great communication. The unit was exactly as mentioned and/or shown online, and it was Beautiful! It was fully equipped with everything you could need and then some, more than most hotel rooms. It was in an amazing location, right on the ocean and had an incomparable view of the sunset! There were also resident Green Sea Turtles resting nearby every night! Incredible! Dollie's pizza is super close and an ABC store too. They have a nice pool and we even saw a double rainbow bridging the gap between the view of islands, Lanai and Moloka'i! Definitely will be back!"
