" Very nice"

"The only Positive of the hotel is the Bell Desk staff are amazing. The rest of the staff are okay....cleaning my room at 7PM-8PM at night is not acceptable...nighttime cleaning is a deal breaker. Had to request my room be serviced and then it was not done that well...coffee cups not washed, sheets not changed, and the shower had mold in it. The rooms are in dire need up refurbishing. The hotel performed pest control in the middle of my stay instead of waiting till after check-out and requested all food be moved to the refrigerator for safety...seriously? The resort fee is $45 a night and parking is $40 a night --- outdoor parking where you compete with Luha guests that come to the property - finding parking can be challenging...but you're still paying $40 a day to park. Oh, and the pool is not heated! And no, Hawaiian sun does not heat it...and there is no jacuzzi. Not sure exactly what "resort fee" was paying for. Your room is serviced every other day, but as I mentioned I had to ask for each time and it was always done late at night and not that well... the room smelled from the dampness and the mold in the shower."

"Both pools were amazing and clean with plenty of seating! This is my third trip to this resort in this trip. We had a beautiful downstairs two bedroom condo with a beautiful view of the ocean and resort. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you have small children! It is a great value and close enough to everything. "

"We stayed for 2 weeks, in-between two storms that came to Maui. The view out the sliding glass doors and windows to the lanai was beautiful of the ocean. That view was our favorite part as we could watch the waves, people swimming, surfing and sunsets. The storms may have brought in vog [ash and pollutants from the volcano] and allergens that caused my husband to get a quite a cough, but not blaming our accommodations. We do wish they had fans in the bathroom/shower area to take out humidity. Also wish we could have had a little warmer weather. We have been to Maui many times, but this was the coolest temperatures. Our room was clean and staff friendly, they answered our front desk calls by sending staff to our room quickly for service. Thank you for the beautiful view and nice room."

"Condo was clean, well stocked, even a coffee grinder(very unexpected) great view even though the beach erosion is evident, it doesn't detour from it. The pool area was super, plenty of lounge chairs during my stay. Restaurant and convenience store with in walking distance. Easy to get in 5k run/walk in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again"
