"This property is very nice and in a safe location.However there is not really much to do extremely close by as far as boardwalk types of things or amusement/ theme parks. It is positioned within walking distance to the ocean and has the river in the back. A Walmart is just over the bridge and a gas station just to the side of this location makes travel by foot convenient. Then they told me I had to call Orbitz. I called Orbitz and spent an hour on the phone with them and they said that I could not cancel because it was a non-cancelable reservation. Being woken up multiple times each night from parties in rooms with loud music, doors, banging loudly and people coming back to their rooms late at night and early hours shouting and screaming and laughing loudly in the corridors to the furniture/chairs being moved around on the floors in the rooms above all day and night and kids running around on the floors in rooms above! "Terrible. Be ready. You’re going to wait in line, a lot. The elevator system is insanely inefficient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself. You’re limited to just 2 chairs at the beach so your kids need to sit in the sand. Awful. I’ll never stay here again."

"My room looked good and was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Considering the room included a couch, I felt I got a great deal for the price. I was super happy with the provided shampoo and body lotion. The shampoo was excellent—unlike those in many other hotels, it lathered well and effectively cleaned my hair. I usually bring my own shampoo, but this time, I didn’t need to use it. One area for improvement is the TV’s AirPlay functionality. Although the TV is AirPlay-capable, the internet settings menu was missing, making it impossible to use. The girl who checked me in was awesome and also pretty :) So that’s another reason to come back and stay there again!"
