"Nice quiet place in the heart of dt Kitchener"

"Muito boa a estadia. Imóvel novo e completo com todos os eletrodomésticos. Quarto limpo. Localização próxima ao centro da cidade. Achei o check in um pouco complicado antes de chegar ao imóvel, porém estando lá, fui bem atendido pelo concierge."

"Very central to shops and restaurants."

"Perfect location"

"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"

"Expedia and the host were very easy to connect with and overall appreciated all their services. That view though ❤️"

The building is new and as of now there is still some construction and there are final touches needed. Similarly for the unit itself most things were there & Nitin tried to rectify shortcomings (e.g. no coffee maker). "The place was perfect for our family of four!"

"Great location, well stocked suite, comfy beds, thanks John!"

"The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I was completely satisfied with my stay, especially the great location and the patio. Tim Hortons and Central Market were just a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Communication was excellent, with very quick responses throughout my stay, including check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kitchener!"
