"Great location that's an easy walk downtown and property is charming. The outdoor patio is very relaxing. For the three days we were there, the same half pot of cold coffee sat in the lobby and the fire pits were not turned on at night. Our room was also never serviced though daily service was claimed. Great presentation, slightly lacking in execution. "

"Negatives: AC in the room must be restricted at night bc our thermostat was set to 67 and we were so hot and uncomfortable!. Windows didn’t open. So we had poor sleep both nights. So much plastic and waste in this hotel! Breakfast was all disposable. Pancake batter uses disposable plastic cups. All plastic eatingwear (nothing biodegradable!). Plastic stirring straws in room, plastic cups covered in plastic wrap. It was gross to see this level of waste in a large hotel chain. Positives: location near Southside (not in downtown - marketing is misleading) and 10-min walk to coffee shops, etc. Pool was great for our little one. Free breakfast had hot items which is unusual at the price point. We had an easy experience but would probably not stay here again. "

"The staff was super nice and efficient. The property was spotlessly clean. The room was basic but had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy. Lots of dining within walking distance. Price was very reasonable. We will stay there again!"
