"Little America Hotel has been our favorite place to stay in Flagstaff. We have stayed multiple times over the years. The grounds are beautiful with a hiking trail right on site. The playground was under construction this stay. We stayed for 4 nights this trip before heading to Page AZ. Unfortunately, this will be our last time staying at Little America Hotel. Not only did we get a smaller room than ever. But it was absolutely Filthy!!! Completely unacceptable! The amount of dust Everywhere was crazy. Coating the filter intake as well as the unworking bathroom fan above the toilet. I cleaned off the intake filter cover for obvious reasons. ( I care about my health ) One of the two sinks would back up and fill the sink with water when in use. When you turn off the bathroom sink it makes a loud thumping noise. I’m sure other customers could hear it through the walls. The floors and walls were also filthy. The bathroom mirrors had streaked smudge marks all over them. I ended up cleaning the room myself just to make it tolerable for the next 4 nights. That room needs some serious attention and maintenance. The tv remote wasn’t working. Had to have the maintenance kid bring a new remote only to find it didn’t work either. He had to come back a second time and replace the coax cable to the tv. I always leave rooms cleaner than when I arrive. Because I care I even made reservations 7 months prior. Super disappointing. Avoid Building ((( 4 ))) Room ((( 309 )))"

"Clean property, clean room, staff always kind and welcoming. Spacious room for family of 4 (studio with 2 queen beds and pullout sofabed). No complaints. This is our typical go-to hotel when we’re staying in Flagstaff"

"Stayed here based off of reviews and it did not disappoint. Each and every employee we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had everything you could think of and evening cocktail hour with included appetizers put things right over the top. When given the chance I will pick Drury over any hotel in the vicinity. Thank you Flagstaff team for the warm welcome!"
