Gregory Place is located south of Southern Blvd, in the chic and established upscale "SoSo" district of West Palm Beach. The award winning "The Park West Palm" golf course is 5 minutes away. 10 minutes to PBI Intl. Airport; close to the chic restaurants and shops of South Dixie Hwy; 10 minutes driving to the downtowns of West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and Palm Beach Island.
