Great Location!

Memorable Stay

The location was in the center of West Palm Beach, very near the airport, and a short walk to shopping, including groceries and restaurants. We were visiting with our son who lives within a 12 minute drive. The property owner responded within minutes every time I reached out with a question. My wife and I definitely would stay here again and recommend the unit to friends and family.

Convenient

Location is very good, the pool is inconvenient and amongst another 200 units that truly has space for 16 people. Needs a deep cleaning, the floor was filthy. A little TLC in this condo could go a long way.

Perfectly convenient

Our original plan to stay in a house in Cape Coral was cancelled due to hurricane Ian. Without many houses available we decided to try something different and we had a wonderful stay. Everything was easy and as advertised. We golfed every day, came back and relaxed for a bit before walking a few minutes to dinner. The City Place area was incredible. We didn’t drive anywhere except the golf courses. Everything went perfectly. We would stay again!

Needs some more work

The apartment at 580 South Sapidillo is well located. It’s only a few blocks to busy City Place and the Kravis Center, for theater and music.The interior facilities - air conditioning, washer/dryer. kitchen appliances - worked well.But the low ranking is based on the following experiences:* The apartment was poorly serviced when we arrived. The washing machine had wet dirty sheets and towels, there was left-over food in the refrigerator, and essential items - like soaps and toilet paper - weren’t provided.* The living room was poorly equipped. The single large sofa was uncomfortable to sit in, there were no lounge chairs, no tables for holding a coffee cup, and the single bright light was in the ceiling and controlled by a dangling change.* The most significant problem was that it was a third floor, walk up apartment, Carrying luggage and supplies was very awkward. And most importantly, this was not disclosed in the VRBO write up. We have posted a complaint with VRBO.

The towels were wet in the washing machine. The comforter was still in the Dryer. There were finger prints all over the tables. The glasses in the cabinet were visibly dirty. It just looks like there was not much effort in cleaning between check in. My colleague was only there a short time, and chose not to eat in the apt.

Perfect Local/Clean!!

My wife and I came to WPB for the week to get my son situated in school. Perry's condo is excellent in every respect. Located in upscale neighborhood with Publix grocery store around the corner and "The Square" full of shops, Starbucks and a fountain that children regularly play in just a block away. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee pods, laundry and bathroom soaps, etc, waiting for us. We packed light so the in-unit washer/dryer was great to have. It is a third floor walk up-really 2 sets of stairs, so those with health conditions should be aware but otherwise, perfect! Perry is super responsive and always available. The building is gated and super secure but, really, the whole area felt super safe. And the beach is literally 9 minutes away! Just perfect!

Great apartment!

This was a lovely apartment. It was filled with so many helpful things. Very comfortable with ample towels and luxurious sheets. Washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful for keeping up with laundry. Excellent accommodations!

First time in West Palm

Perry was a kind host who walked me through all questions in a timely fashion. The location of the condo is in a great location. Having everything in walking distance is a huge plus.

City Center Pleasure

The condo was quite in an active City Center….especially around the Holiday. The place was nice and well stocked with all the essentials you would need. The only area that could be better was the lighting was not as bright as i like ( i am getting old!!). Also there is a building be constructed behind the building that could be loud noise at times. However i definitely would come back on my next visit as you could walk everywhere and i barely needed my auto.

Great Stay

We had to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Ian and we were fortunate enough to find this great rental. We were traveling with our cat and infant so finding a safe, pet-friendly rental was a must. This unit was located In a great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants/shopping within walking distance, and it’s only a short drive to the beach. Perry was a great host, very responsive, and he went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Prime location in Rosemary Sq WPB

From the moment I contacted Perry, it was like talking to a friend. Probably bothered the guy way to much, but he was so generous and kind with his time, and help And everything. The condo is exactly as listed, it had everything you could possibly need to cook, sleep, wash, etc. It has full kitchen, two big TV's with all channels. Looking out nice school across street, right by Krazit center and right around corner from all the main restaurants and shops of Rosemary Square. Palm Beach ,Beach ⛱️, which is gorgeous. The condo is on the 3rd floor but only 2 flights up, had a Lil balcony, and sweet area. The neighbors are great, and even at the community pool, the ppl aren't rude like at other condos. It's not heated, but full sun so it didn't take long for my 7 year old to jump right in. They are plenty of chairs and bathrooms. There is no elevator, however, it's not a hard walk up and down. From communication to appearance, I would definitely give this condo a 5 star. The few Lil suggestions I had, he took care of immediately to help the next guests. Enjoy your stay, we did and will be back.

It was a great rental space for a 5 day stay. Super clean, super close to everything in the square and provided everything you really needed as if you were staying in a hotel . Highly recommend!
