Great stay!

It was a nice property and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The Pink House

Very nice stay, walking distance to Intracoastal and Summa Beach, short drive into Palm Beach and Worth Ave, great restaurants very close, very quiet. The cats sleeping on the Jaguar, hmmmmmm!

Great Stay!

The house was clean. It was just as described. A lot of natural light (which I personally love). The neighborhood felt safe. My dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard.

Cockroach Heaven

This was a last trip for a dying brother. Check in was rather easy even though the door lock didn't work quite right. We had to recalibrate it each time we try to get into the house. Outside of the property was what I expected from previous reviews, overgrown and not well maintained. At first look, the house looked fine until the bathroom. The bathtub is desperate need being replaced, full of rust. I definitely wouldn't want to bath a child in it. Very few towels provided, no soap. We had to wash towels every time we showered. Windows do not lock and not the best part of town. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Some had a hump in the middle because the floor was so uneven and another pushed up to a non working fireplace and the pillows would fall into the fireplace behind the bed. Cockroaches in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. We checked out immediately after waking up with a cockroach crawling on me. The owner assured me they would send someone out immediately to spray for the bugs after I sent him photos but didn't offer to refund any of our money.

Peaceful recovery

The property's location was ideal for my son's recovery post surgery. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet conveniently close to amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacy, and local restaurants. The layout of the property was spacious and well designed for wheelchair maneuverability which was ideal for our situation. The property owners were exceptional in terms of communication and support. They were attentive to my needs, providing me with contact information and offering assistance whenever required. One small down side but not a big deal was the front and backyard lawn. It was overgrown and made it a little difficult for my dog. He would come out covered in Sticky weed things. Thank you

Disappointed

The check-in went fine, however, there was no soap, shampoo, wash cloths, hand towels in bathroom. Called owner and he promised to have them delivered. Never showed up. House was about a block from a train track and all thru the night trains would go by making noise. Robot vacuum was set to start every morning about 8 am and was constantly in the way trying to get ready to leave. Yard was unkept and extremely high with weeds. Owner promised to have yard mowed and leaves cleaned off patio area and this was never done either in week we stayed there. Very disappointing experience. Camera on outside of house recorded each time we came or left. None of the windows would lock.

Pink House

Very nice, well equipped, near our old house on Washington Road, quiet location, historic house, close to Southern bridge to Palm Beach. No complaints.
