"The property was amazing, the privacy and fully gated property gave comfort and security. The house was fantastic open spaces and great flow. It was an added bonus to have dual washers and dryers. The only issue was on checkin day the cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes past our checkin time"

"We come to Florida every year for our son to receive care at the Paley Institute and this is our FAVORITE place we have stayed. We hope we can stay here each return visit! My husband and I stayed with 5 kids age 9 months-12 years and the whole thing felt very safe and welcoming. The place had everything we needed for out entire stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, Paley, shopping, Rosemary Square, the Zoo. Literally all our favorites. Highly recommend and will share...

"The house is cute with a lot of nice details. We enjoyed our stay but wanted to communicate a few things for people renting in the future. Currently there are homeless camped in the empty lot next door. It appears they've been for a long time as they're set up with a trailer that's falling apart. In the evening there was fighting. It isn't a rental I'd recommend unless in a pinch."

"We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!"
