"This accomodation is right across from Kings Park so is in a great location, and the service is very welcoming, well priced for Perth The rooms themselves are well equipped, however the room has no ventilation as in operable windows. This causes the room to be a bit smelly, and the products they use for cleaning are cloying which takes a bit of getting used to. "The property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff I had contact with could not have been more helpful and pleasant. My only complaint with my room (room 003) was that the reading lamp alongside the bed did not work, the handbasin in the bathroom took a LONG time to drain, and the coffee cups in the kitchen cupboard needed a good clean. (One is now very clean - I washed it) Housekeeping should check these every day."
