"The Loft was a quaint cozy place to stay for the night. Me and my friends were attending the MS State/Vols game and was fortunate to find this place at the last minute. Ms. Danielle was a wonderful host and even let us check in early so we wouldn’t be late to the game. She also helped us promptly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the Loft. "Rooms could have been better…the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had water damage. the breakfast was hot and good. However the lady preparing breakfast was very rude. Breakfast ended at 10am but she was fussing and complaining about us coming down 20 minutes before breakfast ended. We didn’t have any requests, we simply helped ourselves to what was left over due to timing. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She made the stay very welcoming. I would stay again but would skip breakfast if that same lady is still there."
