"We come here twice a summer during our road trip to the west coast with our dogs. We keep coming back to Ogden because of how wonderful this hotel is for kids and dogs. There is also conveniently a great restaurant next door with great options if you miss the complimentary breakfast or roll in at dinner time. The dog parks are fabulous and well maintained."

"We were not impressed at all. For $140/night we expected to at least have a cleanliness, a working tv, and internet… nope. The pool was closed. Didn’t know that until we arrived. With 3 kids, we wouldn’t have booked had we known. The tv didn’t work - just said “no signal” because the Dish box was broken (we tried everything to fix it). The internet was so horribly slow it couldn’t even load my ebook. Check in was chaos. The card reader was down. They didn’t even check my ID which I found...

"Checked in late after a late flight and was told none of the room type we booked were available. We were a family of 5 who had booked a room with two beds and pull out sofa. Apparenlty a guest had complained of a smell in a room so they gave away our room to that guest. We were offered a room with one king bed at first. I asked for two rooms and then were given a king bed and pullout sofa which we made work but was not what we booked or paid for. Needless to say it was not a restful night. ...

"The rooms were both super hot when we checked in in the evening and it was very late before the AC caught up. Given that it was 104 degrees the hotel should have managed this issue properly."
