Stroll along the River Walk Park for stunning views of Sacramento's skyline across the water. Catch a baseball game at Sutter Health Park, home of the River Cats, or explore the vibrant local food scene at the West Sacramento Farmers Market.
I look for three key features…. Price, pool, car charging. This hotel was only two of three.
Price - fair!
Car charger - all good
Pool - that sad little bathtub in the back IS NOT a pool!!!

Great room. Quiet location. Hotel somewhat separated from casino which is super. Go to Sacramento often and will definitely stay at Thunder Valley on future trips.

Love that this hotel offers breakfast! Most hotels now won’t do it anymore because of covid but I feel it’s just them being cheap and lazy. Would definitely come back here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Residence Inn location. Rooms were clean, spacious and we'll equipped.
We slept on comfortable beds and air conditioning was quiet.
Front desk staff was helpful and accomodating, housekeeping on our floor were friendly.
We are especially grateful to management as we had left a very personal, sentimental and valuable items in our room, they recovered them and safely secured them till our eventual return visit in two weeks.
Thank you very much Veronica and...
