"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

The TV remote did not work, I even changed the battery provided by the front desk and it still did not work. No new remote was provided even though I informed the front desk within minutes of me checking in. "Our stay was amazing except one part. When we arrived we had arrived early and we were allowed to check in a little early the manager was there and allowed us to. That was super awesome. Rooms were clean !! Had all we needed and the water pressure for shower was awesome and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was the essentials but enough to save a little money on trip not having to buy that meal for our stay. The improvements were awesome. Now for the 2 negatives and 1 kinda not so negative.
