"Nice property and nice accommodations. But since it’s an older property there are some nuances. Our room smelled like “smoke” but the staff assured me that this was not due to someone smoking in the room but rather something to do with the old wood. Helped me to feel better - but still makes me wonder if there is some other chemical or off-gas issue occurring. Otherwise, this is my favorite location to stay in Brunswick. Close enough to the town, walking trail, and Bowdoin."

"Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. This is an old building so corridors were very narrow and bathroom was just okay although clean. Had no interaction with staff except for desk clerk and parking lot person who were both very nice. No breakfast on site but close by."

"Not a pretty place but the bed was comfortable and felt clean and the access to town was easy. Cheap and easy for one night. Only complaints was the smokke smell everywhere even in our non smoking room but that's to be expected if people are allowed to smoke outside their rooms but not in."
