"Clean room friendly staff"

"This is supposed to be a budget 3-star hotel, so be prepared for some of the worst front desk service imaginable. They require a ridiculous $200 per night incidental deposit at a hotel where rooms cost around $80 a night, and to make things worse, their payment terminal doesn’t even support wireless payments. Bring a physical card, or the staff will immediately tell you to cancel your reservation and still charge you 85% of the booking. When you enter your room, don’t be surprised to find trash bags left behind by housekeeping. If you complain, they’ll ask YOU to throw them away and offer nothing more than a quick apology. I’m not speaking about every hotel in this chain — I’m talking about this specific location. Be careful before booking here."

"The room was very clean. All of the technology was dated: TV technology would not connect to smart phones, several outlets did not work, mirror lighting did not work. Breakfast was an extra charge, not included."

"Quiet and clean room with modern amenities. Everything worked as it should and was in nice condition. Linens were comfortable. Pool area and pool water was very clean and nice! Breakfast offered a good selection as well. Best hotel rates for this area of town I could find close to the hospital."
