"Rooms were clean although not cleaned at weekends had to ask for clean towels etc ,breakfast awful always cold the only food hot was the toast location okay shuttle very useful ,for the price it's probably acceptable but I have stayed in better"

"This hotel is so well located. Walking distance to a lot of places. I went my daughters and had a great time. The only “bad” thing for a family of four, was that the room was tiny so it felt a little crowded. But we were there to sleep so all good. Totally recommend this place."

"Good location with beautiful waterfront views and walking areas. Easy access to cabs and sky train. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierges. Room were dated but clean. Upgraded to a larger room without issue when 3 rd party joined us. Pool and hottub area was amazing and fun. Downsides included 2.5 hour later check in time than expected, no vending machines at hotel or easy access to snacks or drinks later in evening, hotel bar/restaurant closed early (11pm) for a Friday night, and saw a mouse in the back part of restaurant one evening when eating there."

"The staff were fantastic, the food at the diner was good, and the location was great. The room was worn down and the building is showing its age but since it was clean and safe, I didn't mind."
