Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, and many other outdoor activities just minutes from your door. The home is within walking distance of everything West Yellowstone has to offer, including the popular Boundary and Riverside trails.
Located on a quiet street along the western boundary of Yellowstone National Park, this comfortable three-bedroom, two-bath home offers plenty of space to relax after a day of adventure.

Barnes on Boundary Unit A does not have air conditioning. Most homes in Montana do not have AC.

This is a Pet-Free Home. A $1,000 fine will be charged if pets are brought into the home.

During warmer months, we encourage guests to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening temperatures and close them during the day to help keep the home cooler. Closing curtains and blinds during the day can also help maintain a comfortable temperature inside.

Barnes on Boundary Unit B is a Pet-Free Home.

This includes emotional support animals. Only service animals are permitted. Under federal law, service animals are dogs that are trained to perform specific tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs, pets, and other animals whose sole function is to provide comfort, companionship, or emotional support do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted.

Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal negatively impacts the quality of life and independence of individuals who rely on legitimate service animals. Under Montana law, it is illegal to fraudulently misrepresent a pet as a service animal.

A $1,000 fine will be charged if pets are brought into the home.

Yellowstone National Park Operating Dates

The West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park operates seasonally, and dates are subject to change.

The typical operating schedule is:
• Summer Season: The third Saturday in April through November 1
• Fall Closure: November 1 through mid-December
• Winter Oversnow Season: Mid-December through mid-March
• Spring Closure: Mid-March until the opening day of the summer season
During the winter oversnow season, the West Entrance reopens for authorized oversnow travel.
