"I had eaten dinner at the pub several times in the past but never stayed at the hotel. What a very pleasant experience. The room and bathroom was a perfect size and very clean and comfortable. I was one guest. I would stay again."

"Convenient location. Check-in staff was courteous and efficient. Other than that, the experience was more of a 3 star rather than 4 star hotel. Room was small, no mini fridge, no coffee machine. Room temperature was centrally controlled, making it uncomfortably hot or cold. WIndow was sealed shut so no option to get fresh air. Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Breakfast quality was poor. We will not recommend nor return to this hotel."

"We booked and paid for a room with a Queen-size bed, but they gave us a room with a Full-size bed. The photos and description online showed a Queen bed. We felt deceived."

"Clean, quiet, comfortable housing in NYC. And the rooftop lounge with free coffee was great."

"Reception was excellent. I had a corner room which was large and clean, comfortable bed, however there was only 1 towel, dingy and bare and 1 washcloth. There is no dresser, only a closet with a safe and hangers. The closet light does not have a switch to turn it off, so I had to close the door at night. Also, the coffee maker was sitting on an old cooler that was not cold and the light flickered. Doors slamming all night, but it’s a hotel, so expected."
