"The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. "This place was everything and more! The pictures don't do it justice. My family and I absolutely loved the location and the proximity to everything around. Our host Oorja is amazing and overly accommodating to my family since we were traveling with a small child. We loved it here and will definitely be looking forward to staying here again when we go back to NYC. "

"Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...
