Die Wohnung ist nur über ein paar Treppenstufen außen und innen erreichbar. Der Zugang zum Garten ist nur über die Wohnungstür möglich, es gibt keine Terrassentür von der Wohnung direkt aus (sieht auf den Fotos etwas anders aus). Die Verdunkelung der Räume ist über Vorhänge möglich, aber es wird nicht komplett dunkel. Die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert, man hört die Kirchturmglocken nicht bei geschlossenem Fenster.
