"The house was great; spaceous, very clean, well equipped and only 4 years old. Location was good. No wide view or something, but enough space to eat outside. City center is only a 10 minute walk. Supermarket a 5 minute walk. And you can hear the steamtrain multiple times a day! Great location for day trips by car. The Harz region has a lot to offer. Highly recommended! We had a wonderful holiday. Thanks a lot!"

"Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit netten Vermieter. Die Frösche nebenan haben das Urlaubsfeeling verstärkt."

"Wir hatten zwar einen schönen Urlaub, aber auch viel Kritik zum Haus: die Betten waren völlig durchgelegen (wir haben alle schlecht geschlafen und ständig Rückenschmerzen), die Couch hatte auch tiefe Kuhlen zwischen Metallstangen - die Ausziehfunktion ist ganz defekt. Die WC-Bürste war einfach nur eklig dreckig, der Duschabfluss war voller verklebtem Dreck und aus allen! Abflüssen kam regelmäßig Fäkaliengeruch. Der Whirlpool pustet sich regelmäßig durch - Schlafen kann dabei niemand im Haus....

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The landlady is very nice and welcoming. The house is spacious, with 5 bedrooms. It is old, which has charm. But older buildings can have some draw backs. For instance, the downstairs bathroom can get a bit smelly/damp, but if you keep the door and window open you’ll have no problem there. The kitchen/diner is fitted for 8, which was nice and spacious with only the five of us. We really loved the patio."
