Recreation. Relaxation. Quiet. Secluded location.

This holiday home, completely rebuilt in 2000, is unique. It has 5 bedrooms that could be better called apartments. 4 bedrooms each have their own shower room with toilet, one bedroom even has a bathtub with toilet.

The spacious living room goes up to the roof and has a large table where wonderful meetings and conferences can also be held. The house is therefore often booked as a luxurious specialist and conference house, as the individual rooms guarantee a high level of privacy while at the same time team building and spirit.

The kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher and has a washing machine and dryer in the adjoining room.

There is deliberately no WiFi, but a great fireplace.

On the sunny terrace to the west of the house you can relax unobserved, everything is available on garden furniture. The spacious garden is surrounded by fields and paddocks.

Our regular guests always like to come back.

This holiday home is very suitable for families with children, even for several families. Small animals, ponies and horses are only a few meters away.

If you want to rent duvet covers and towels, you are welcome to do so (bed linen 10 EUR / hand and bath towel 5 EUR). Electricity / gas will be charged on the spot according to consumption.

The exclusive holiday home is located about 13 km south of the North Sea. The eternal sea is easy to reach by bike. Likewise the brand new Edeka market, one of the first new design LIDL as well as ALDI, pizzeria, ice cream parlor and bakery (with Sunday rolls). The pleasant town of Aurich with a great weekly market (Tue, Fri, Sat) is very easy to reach.

From yoga retreat to a lonely retreat opportunity: This holiday home offers a wide range of options and is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please return Villa Waldweg by 11 a.m.

Großes Haus und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber
Ein großes Haus mit 5 großen Schlafzimmern mit je eigenem Bad. Perfekt für den Familienurlaub oder Urlaub mit Freunden. Der große Garten lädt ein draußen zu sitzen und die Natur zu genießen. Die Gastgeberinnen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Gern wieder
5 Pärchen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und mit separatem Bad. Der große Wohnbereich mit Kamin und Essecke ist sehr gut zur Erholung geeignet. Ein schöner großer Außenbereich mit Grünflächen überzeugte. Wir nutzten die Umgebung zum wandern. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind wenige Autominuten weg. Ein elektrisches Problem wurde während des Wochenendaufenthalt zügig von der Verwalterin gelöst. Wir kommen gern wieder…

Verlängertes Wochenende im Grünen
Wir, eine Gruppe von 6 Freunden, haben in dem Haus wieder ein tolles Wochenende verbracht. Wir sind nun bereits zum dritten mal dort gewesen und es hat uns wie immer super gefallen. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen und man ist relativ ungestört und stört auch niemanden, wenn es beim Sport oder abends beim gemeinsamen Bier etwas lauter wird.
