"Really enjoyed our stay at Alcoba del Rey. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave excellent dinner recommendations. Location is a bit out of the way so taxi was best way to get to the sites. We also did not realize our room did not have a shower until we were already there - only a bathtub with a wand. Overall very charming hotel. Breakfast was good too. "

"Wonderful position overlooking beach. Views all day are lovely. Light and airy. Heaters and air con provided , although we didn’t use either. We had the first floor apartment which is over a bar and was quite noisy especially when the bar was being closed up. This didn’t bother us as we don’t go to bed early. The rest of the night was very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Disappointed that only toiletries provided was a bottle of liquid soap by the wash basin. A dispenser on the shower wall would...
