"first and foremost, the hosts were awesome! always available, answered questions very promptly. they went out of thier way for me when an unexpected issue came up. I unfortunately took a spill on the day before I was scheduled to check out. I had fractured 2 ribs and was on a lot of pain and unable to really get things going to check out. they were able to extend my stay for an additional night so I could get packed and get my good friend to help load the car and all that. the unit itself was great. clean, great location everything I needed for a few days in the mountains. in the past I've purchased lodging through snowshoe during their fall flurry of savings. with my sons growing up and schedules not what they used to be, I haven't done that recently. finding this condo through VRBO at the last minute made me rethink my lodging plan. I will always use VRBO for lodging now. so again great condo, great hosts and a great stay. probably would have been better without the fractured ribs! lol"

"Great access to the slopes! The beds were comfortable. The condo could use some updating. And it is a bit noisy. Overall it was a good value for us. "

"The room wasn't terrible, it was serviceable. I'm giving it 1 star for 3 reasons. #1- There was no bedding for the pull out couch. #2- The bathroom vent fan does not work. #3- The locker which was assigned to the room needs the shelf repaired, one side has become separated from the wall. If management reaches out to let me know those issues have been addressed I will re-rate and edit."

"Great location! Back door leads right to the top of Ballhooter Lift. Right next door to our favorite Snowshoe eateries and Starbucks steps away from the front entrance. The host was very responsive and friendly. Pro tip: order take out and enjoy dining in in front of the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes. We didn't get a chance to hit the hot tub, but that sounds like a another great benefit of this lovely little one-bedroom. "
