"The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage."

"Amazing! A place to relax, take in the views. Stairs everywhere m, you have to be really careful, not for elderly or handicapped. But must stay at least one night."

"Beautiful grounds and gardens. View from restaurant is stunning. Private parking was so helpful and provided peace of mind. Included breakfast is excellent! Rooms are adequate, but small. Beds were ok. Conveniently located to lake side park on one side and shops on the other. Restaurant food and service is very good! One of our favorite places on Lake Atitlan"

"Fantastic stay—highly recommend! The hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It is in a perfect location near the main strip, making it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the lobby concierge was extremely helpful in organizing a group boat trip for us. We felt very safe during our entire stay. Highly recommend!"
