"The hotel was great. Very clean and very friendly staff. We had fun at the casino. The town itself is very outdated and kind of old. We had to go to Paducah Kentucky for things to do."

"The customer service was very nice and easy to work with. The beds were grwat and room was clean. The bathroom was kinda small, but no big deal. They had shampoo and body soap dispensers in the shower, nice plus. The fridge in my room (209) was missing the temp adjustment knob so I could not make the fridge colder. The hotel did not smell bad or dingy at all, it smelled like it had just been remodled or cleaned. Parking was a little cramped if you have a bigger vehicle. "
