"I was charged 5 times for my stay and after 4 days have received no information when the problem will be resolved. I have contacted the hotel every day including before my stay when I had been charged 4 times before even checking in. I was assured it would be resolved and that they would pass the information on. Each day I get the same message that the message will be passed on. On the 3rd day I was given and general mangers email to contact and have received no response. The hotel says there is no way to contact them via phone or any other way. I will not be staying at this hotel again and will tell anyone visiting the Grand Rapids area to avoid it at all costs."
