Find Hotel with a Concierge in Western Nevada, NV

"Room was clean but the smell of marijuana coming from the vent was awful. We opened the window to air it out but it didn’t work. The smell was still present when we left in the morning. Room was also very noisy with railyard right outside our window. "

"They seem to over book. I had a specific room due to calibrating a birthday and they were trying to down grade the room. And kept saying they were looking for it and waiting for the manager but they never came to help resolve the issue.I said I would like the room I reserved and got put in the older tower. When we walked in the sheets had stains and trash in the hallway "

"Comfortable beds"

"Loved our room, very clean and well priced. Bars had tasty drinks. Excellent amenities. The bathroom in the room was indeed way too small and the bizarre door placement meant you had to walk in, squish yourself up next to the sink and shimmy by the door in order to close it and get access to the shower and toilet. No clue why it was built this way. That’s literally my only complaint. The staff everywhere are very kind and attentive. Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful weekend."

"Rooms clean. But didn't get what i reserved. They reassigned my 2nd room of 2 doubles (after placing a "do not reassign" note when the first room was checked in. The roons were to be connecting or adjoing, because ofvthe children traveling with me. Ended up with 2nd room being a King, instead of 2 double beds."
